I have used Wine and Blooms services in the past and was pleased to use them again. My daughter lives locally and had given birth, so the arrangement was a particularly special gift. I am a gardener. Color, fragrance, and texture are important to me. Calling at 1:45, I was delighted that they said they could provide our arrangement by close of day (5:00), which they basically did. I had selected the “Designer’s Choice-Pastel and Airy”, given the photos depiction of blending pinks and lavenders and we had reviewed floral choices in advance. Fortunately, we had agreed to have them send a photo prior to delivery to assure it was all I had hoped for. (They did so at 4:45). This proved to be invaluable as the arrangement initially was not at all to my liking (use of bright orange, red etc at least from the photo sent). It did take time to adjust it, which ran into closing time for them. At that point the artisan became a tad frustrated. I reminded them that their commitment was their availability to rework the arrangement to customer satisfaction, and it was unfair for me to have to feel that I needed to accept it, because they needed to close. The tenure changed, the designer continued and ultimately re-tweaked it into an arrangement that my daughter and I loved. I will most assuredly continue to recommend Wine and Blooms. The variety of flowers and design capabilities are an absolute asset to El Paso! 4 stars as opposed to 5 was explained above.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
We accept returns only for items that arrive defective or damaged. We also offer exchanges — please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange a return or exchange.
Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
