I live in Houston and placed a phone order for a floral gift. The sales associate was incredibly kind in helping me select an appropriate arrangement. She even texted a photo of my beautiful arrangement before it was delivered. I was extremely pleased with every aspect of my experience and the exceptional flowers they delivered, and I highly recommend Wine & Blooms!
